- Speed limit is 5mph at all times and is strictly enforced.
- Check-In Time is 3:00pm. Check-Out Time is 11:00 a.m.
(Early check in, if possible, will be $5.00per hour, except for
larger or holiday events a fee of $10)
- Company Cancellation policy is as follows: within 7days there will be NO reservation fee return. We are not responsible for climate, weather changes or natural disasters. Campers looking to reschedule will be giving the opportunity to put credit towards another date. New bookings have to be within the same season, for equal value. Campers may pay the difference for holidays or large event weekends. If Campers are in need to cancel second reservation no refunded will be awarded. Please speak to management with questions or concerns.
- Visitors must arrive before 9:00pm and register in the store and pay the applicable fees. All visitors must leave camp by 10:00pm. Overnight visitors are double the price and must leave by 10:00am the next morning or pay an additional fee. Limit of 4 visitors per site. Quiet time is 11:00pm – 9:00am Monday through Saturday and 11pm to 10am on Sundays.
- Campfires are to be built in the supplied fire ring. Do not move the fire ring. Campfires must be out by midnight. Never leave a campfire unattended. Do not burn or leave garbage in the fire pit.
- Your campsite is for one trailer or tent. Per to NYS law if needed for an additional fee, we will allow only one tent to a temporary site while occupying an RV on the same site.
- Children are not to be left unattended. An adult must accompany children under 8 years to the restrooms and showers, and you must be 18 and over to be left at a camper alone.
- Bike riders 14 and under MUST wear a helmet at all times. Do not park bikes in front of the store – use bike racks within the park. No bike riding after dark. No cutting throw sites or bathroom paths.
- Pets must be on a leash at all times. A valid proof of rabies vaccine must be presented at check-in. Pets are not allowed in any buildings or pavilion. Please be considerate of others and do not leave your pet unattended. Scoop up after your pet and place contents into our pet safe containers that are located throughout the park.
- We understand that animals love to talk but as owners we need to be mindful and respectful of others and their spaces. Please try and contain animals from barking for long periods of time, if more than 2 complaints are received about excessive barking or aggressive behavior, we will have to ask owners to contain the animal or to leave.
- Restroom sinks are NOT to be used for washing dishes or clothing or bathroom usage. No household garbage in waste buckets.
- Garbage: all household garbage should be disposed of inside dumpsters provided by the campground. No electronics or appliances are to be put in dumpster. Please see store for list of items not allowed, if customer is found throwing out items on list there will be charged a $50 fee immediately.
(Absolutely no garbage is to be burned – New York State Law).
- Black / gray water, grease, or ashes are not to be dumped on the ground – New York State Law. Please ask management if you have questions.
- Any firearms, BB, paint ball guns, archery, cross bows, or pellet guns and fireworks are NOT permitted. and may result in asking camper to leave.
- Privacy of other campers is to be respected. Do not walk or drive through any site, vacant or occupied.
- ATVs, electronic scooters and mini bikes are not permitted.
- Pool is open July and August, the hours are 12:30pm – 8:00pm. You must fill out a pool form before going into the pool area. There are no lifeguards on duty. NYS law states there must be 2 adults, 18 or older, at the pool, with at least 1 adult on deck at all times. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. In case of EMERGENCY, call 911 and then notify the store. Read all signs at the pool – No glass bottles, alcohol, pets or smoking. Please clean up after oneself before leaving the pool area.
